Mobile bar: a complete bar wherever your event takes place
We arrive at your venue with bartenders, a mobile counter, glassware, ice and an agreed menu. Book it turnkey, or take only the team and the service and use your own drinks and the venue’s bar.
01Mobile Bar
What a mobile bar is and why you would want one
A temporary professional bar that we set up right at your venue: an office, a banquet hall, a summer house, a garden, a conference or a private home. You tell us the date, the place, the number of guests and the format. We choose the counter, the team and the menu, arrive early, have the bar ready before your guests and run it for the agreed time.
The point is that you never have to assemble a bar from pieces: finding a bartender, a counter, ice, glassware and working out the logistics. All of it is one team and one proposal that states up front what we bring and what the venue needs to provide.
Works for
- corporate events and company parties
- weddings, birthdays and private celebrations
- conferences and B2B events
- festivals, launches and brand events

Choose how much you need from us
You do not need to know bar terminology. Pick what feels closest and we will settle the rest together.
- Option 1
Turnkey: we bring everything
Counter, team, tools, glassware, ice and ingredients are entirely on us. Drinks are counted as consumed or within an agreed limit.
- Option 2
Your drinks, our bar
You buy the alcohol and ingredients; we bring the counter, the equipment and the team. We prepare a shopping list in advance so nothing is missed.
- Option 3
Bartenders only
If the venue already has a bar, glassware, ice and drinks, our team arrives with the agreed tools.
Who pays for the drinks is up to you
- the host pays by actual consumption or by vouchers
- guests buy their own drinks
- a combination: the first drink on the company, then guests buy their own

What it will look like
Real counters from our fleet, uniform options for the team, and glassware. Your choice goes into the proposal; availability is confirmed for your date.
06How much does it cost
How much a mobile bar costs
Two different events never have one right price. In every proposal we separate the fixed bar service from the drinks, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What affects the price:
- Hours and team Duration, number of bartenders and assistants, setup and breakdown.
- Counter and equipment Our counter or the venue’s bar, glassware, ice, tools.
- Drinks The payment model (consumption, vouchers, a limit or sales to guests) and whose ingredients.
- Venue and logistics Town, access, indoors or outdoors, transport beyond Tallinn.
- Extras Show, workshop, glass pyramid, welcome station, branding.
The date is secured by the deposit we receive, meaning a paid invoice. The amount, the deadline and the terms for changing the order are stated in the proposal.

A paid deposit invoice secures the date. Then we agree the final menu, the equipment list for each side, access and setup time.
-
Event
We arrive early, work the agreed hours and keep count of the drinks. Afterwards, breakdown and the final invoice.
10FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the mobile bar
Can we use our own alcohol?
Yes. We work with your drinks and your ingredients. Before the event we agree the menu and a list of who provides what. If all ingredients, glassware and ice are yours, we can charge for the bar service only.
Can we book just the bartenders?
Yes. If the venue already has a counter, glassware, ice and drinks, our team arrives with the agreed tools. Tell us what is on site and we will put together the setup and the price.
How much space does the bar need?
It depends on the counter, the team and the format. Our proposals have included compact areas of about 2 × 2 m and larger ones of 3 × 2 or 4 × 2.5 m. Send a plan or a photo of the spot and we will choose the setup.
Do you need water and electricity?
We are fully self-sufficient and can bring everything with us, including a battery and a sink with water. Access to water on site makes the work considerably easier, so tell us what the venue has and we will confirm what your order actually needs.
Can the bar be outdoors?
Yes, we have outdoor experience. We agree shelter, surface, power and a bad-weather plan in advance. Whether we can bring our own tent is confirmed for your date.
Who pays for the drinks, us or the guests?
Either, or a combination: the host pays for actual consumption or by vouchers, guests buy their own, or the first drink is on the company and guests buy the rest. The counting method and what happens once a limit is reached are agreed up front.
Does open bar mean unlimited?
Not necessarily. It usually means guests do not pay per drink on the spot: the host settles by actual consumption, vouchers or an agreed limit. An unlimited option is discussed separately and is never included by default.
Can we choose the cocktails?
Yes. There is a base menu that suits most events, and it can be extended or replaced with personal drinks. More about the menu
Do you work outside Tallinn?
Yes, across Estonia. Give us the town and the exact address and we confirm the team, the route and the transport cost: it is either part of the package or a separate line.
What deposit do you take and can we cancel?
The date is secured by a paid deposit invoice. The exact amount, deadline and the terms for changes or cancellation are stated in your proposal. The invoice can be issued to a company or a private person.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
