Mobile show bar: the same bar, a show-bartender crew
A complete mobile bar — counter, menu, ice and equipment as usual — but the counter is staffed by professional show bartenders: flair, theatrical tricks, the same service and the same cocktails.
01Mobile Show Bar
The same bar, a different crew behind it
In substance this is the same mobile bar: mobile counter, equipment, glassware, ice and an agreed menu. The difference is the crew. Instead of the standard bartender team, show bartenders work the counter: flair with bottles and shakers, a more theatrical pour, show elements woven into the actual guest service.
At larger events both formats can run side by side: show bartenders at a separate point or in a VIP area, and the standard professional team on the main bar for everyone else. We work this out with you at the request stage.
Works well for
- corporate events and launches that need one memorable moment
- weddings and private parties built around the show
- large events with a dedicated VIP area
- brand events and product presentations
02Mobile Show Bar
Choose the scope that fits
Same as the standard mobile bar: pick a format, we work out the rest together.
- Option 1
Turnkey: we bring everything
Counter, show-bartender crew, equipment, glassware, ice and ingredients, entirely on us.
- Option 2
Your drinks, our bar
You buy the alcohol and ingredients, we bring the counter, equipment and the show-bartender crew.
- Option 3
Show bartenders for a VIP area
If the main event already has a bar, show bartenders can run a separate point, for example in a VIP area.
Who pays for the drinks is your call
- the client pays on consumption or via coupons
- guests buy their own drinks
- a mix: the first drink on the house, then guests pay
Sure show bartenders won't fit your event?

07How much does it cost
How much a mobile show bar costs
Two different events never have one right price. In every proposal we separate the fixed bar service from the drinks, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What affects the price:
- Hours and team Duration, number of show bartenders and assistants, setup and breakdown. The show-bartender rate differs from the standard team's rate.
- Counter and equipment Our counter or the venue's bar, glassware, ice, tools.
- Drinks The payment model (consumption, vouchers, a limit or sales to guests) and whose ingredients.
- Venue and logistics Town, access, indoors or outdoors, transport beyond Tallinn.
- Extras A second point with the standard team for other areas, a workshop, the glass pyramid, a welcome station, branding.
The date is secured by the deposit we receive, meaning a paid invoice. The amount, the deadline and the terms for changing the order are stated in the proposal.

11FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the mobile show bar
What is the difference between the show bar and the standard mobile bar?
The crew: professional show bartenders with flair and a more theatrical pour work the counter instead of the standard team. The counter, menu, ice and equipment are the same as the standard mobile bar.
Can show bartenders and standard bartenders both work the same event?
Yes. At larger events this is common: show bartenders at a separate point, for example a VIP area, and the standard professional team on the main bar for everyone else. We work this out at the request stage.
Is flair a separate show or part of the service?
Part of the service at the working counter, not a separate stage or time slot. If you want an actual staged performance, see the Bartender Show page.
Can we use our own alcohol?
Yes. We work with your drinks and your ingredients too. We agree the menu and the list before the event.
How much space does the bar need?
It depends on the counter, staff numbers and format. Send a plan or photo of the space and we will match a setup.
Do you need water and power?
We are fully self-sufficient and can bring everything with us. Water access on site makes things easier — tell us what is available.
Can we choose the cocktails?
Yes. The base menu is the same as the standard mobile bar, alcoholic and at 0%. More about the menu
Do you work outside Tallinn?
Yes, we travel across Estonia. Tell us the city and exact address and we will confirm the crew, route and transport cost.
What is the deposit, and can the order be cancelled?
The paid deposit invoice secures the date for you. The exact amount, deadline and change or cancellation terms are stated in your proposal.
