A standalone act, not just a bartender working with style
Music, staging and a sequence of tricks pull every guest’s attention to one point. The show can open the evening, bridge two parts of the programme, mark a toast or become the climax of the night. The act runs a few minutes; afterwards the bar carries on at its normal pace.
There are two different things here, and we recommend keeping them apart. Light flair during service: the bartender works with style behind the counter while guests get their drinks. And a staged act with its own slot, music and finale. This page is about the second one. Choose a format

Choose the performance format
The exact content of the act is agreed around your venue, audience and running order.
- Option 1
Solo
One performer, a staged act with bottles, shakers and cocktails made on the spot. The base format and the most flexible one: it fits almost any venue.
- Option 2
Duo
Two bartenders working in sync. More spectacular and needs more space. Availability for your date is confirmed separately, since it depends on the performers.
- Option 3
Show inside a working mobile bar
The bar runs all evening and the act becomes its high point: same team, same counter, its own slot in the programme. The most natural combination.
- Option 4
For a brand or a theme
Music, visual elements, drink names and the final serve built around your campaign or theme. Complex special effects and branded production are agreed separately.

What the act includes
The line-up depends on the programme. The quote states what we bring and what the venue needs to provide.

05How much does it cost
How much a bartender show costs
A show is easiest to price as a package: the base act, the number of performers, travel and any extras. The quote shows these parts separately.
What affects the price:
- Programme and performers Solo or duo, the length and complexity of the act.
- Props and effects A standard act or a programme with additional elements, where the venue allows them.
- Venue and logistics City, access, indoors or outdoors, the slot in the running order.
- Customisation Music, brand elements, themed outfits, cocktails in the finale.
- Together with a bar A separate visit, or an act inside a working mobile bar.
The exact price is fixed in your personal quote. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

How booking works

Date, venue, slot in the programme, audience and the character of the event. Not sure about the format? Write “recommendation needed”.

Quote
We propose the programme, line-up and timing and send a quote with the fixed part and any extras.

Confirmation
The paid deposit invoice secures the date. Then we agree music, area, lighting and sound with the venue or the host.

Performance
We arrive early, check props and area, and go on exactly in the agreed slot. After the act we pack the props.

Frequently asked questions about the show
How long is the performance?
It is a short staged act, not an hour-long programme: 5–10 minutes on average. There can be several performance sessions over the evening. The exact length and number of sessions depend on the package and are fixed in the quote.
Is fire used?
Yes, if the venue allows it. Fire and other special effects are part of the agreed programme; we recommend checking the venue's own conditions for open flame in advance. The photographs above include such acts, but we always agree them separately.
Can it be combined with a mobile bar?
Yes, that is the most natural combination: the bar runs all evening and the show becomes a separate high point with its own slot.
Can we book the show without a bar?
Yes. A standalone visit is possible when the venue and its technical conditions suit the act.
How much space and ceiling height is needed?
A clear, safe area around the performer and good sightlines for guests. Minimum size and height depend on the programme, so send a photo or plan of the venue and we will confirm.
Do we need a stage, lighting and sound?
A stage is optional but useful for a large audience. The act needs a music track; playback is arranged with the DJ or the venue. Directional light adds a lot.
Can the performance be branded?
Yes. For corporate projects we agree the music, visual elements, drink names and the final serve. Production of brand elements is confirmed separately.
Does the show suit a formal event?
Yes. Format and intensity follow the character of the event, from a restrained act at a business reception to the climax of a party.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes, when the props and area can be prepared without the guests or the guest of honour noticing. Timing is agreed with the host.
Can guests take part?
A small, voluntary and safe interaction is possible. The core of the act stays with the performer.
