04How much does it cost
Cost
The main parameters are the number of guests, the duration, the venue and the drinks. Get a guide figure, then a manager helps you drop what you do not need and add what really shapes the guests’ experience.
What affects the price:
- Guests and duration How many guests and which stages of the day the bar covers: the welcome, the evening or everything.
- Drinks Your alcohol or ours, signature cocktails, a zero-proof line, sparkling wine for the pyramid.
- Counter and glassware Our counter or the venue’s bar, the glass set, the pyramid.
- Venue and logistics Manor, garden or hall, access, city, outdoors and a plan for bad weather.
The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid. Popular wedding dates are best booked early.

Can you create cocktails just for the wedding?
Yes. A signature menu can be tied to the couple’s tastes, the colours or the overall concept of the wedding. Recipes and presentation are agreed in advance.
Does the bar need its own space?
Yes, the spot is agreed in advance. If the venue already has a suitable counter, we can look at using it.
Can welcome drinks be separate from the main bar?
Yes. The welcome can be a self-contained short block as guests arrive, with the main bar opening later.
Can we supply the alcohol and book only the service?
Yes, with the matching format: you buy the drinks, we bring the counter, glassware, ice and team, and we draw up the shopping list together.
Can the bar be in the garden or outdoors?
Yes, we have outdoor experience. Cover, surface and a bad-weather plan are agreed in advance. We are self-sufficient for water and power.
What is the pyramid performance?
The groom walks up to the pyramid, takes a bottom glass, the structure collapses, he takes a sip and throws the glass over his shoulder. We prepare everything, brief the performer and clear every last shard after the act.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
