Cocktail bar for birthdays and private parties
Turn your home, garden or hired venue into an event with a real bar, without spending your own evening making drinks.
01Birthday / private party
You stay the host of the party, not the bartender
We adapt the format to the number of guests and the space. It can be a compact bar with a few popular cocktails or a full bar area with its own menu, show elements and alcohol-free options.
Many people do not know, until their first booking, that this service exists for private celebrations and not only for companies. It does: we come to your home, garden or summer house, bring the counter, glassware, ice and ingredients, and clean up after the party. What fits
Good for
- birthdays and anniversaries
- garden parties and house parties
- graduation parties
- hen and stag parties
- family celebrations
02What we plan
We plan
-
The format for your guests and space
A compact counter in the kitchen or garden, or a full area with a menu and a team.
-
The menu
A limited menu often serves guests faster. The base menu or a few favourites of the birthday person.
-
The working spot and access
Where the counter goes, how we get in, what is on site. We are self-sufficient for water and power.
-
Alcohol-free options
Proper mocktails for drivers, children and guests who do not drink.
-
Show and activities
A bartender show or a workshop for a group of friends as part of the celebration.
-
The clean-up
We pack the equipment and tidy the bar area so the morning after is calm.
03What we organise
Services for a private celebration
- Mobile Bar The base of the party: counter, bartender, glassware, ice and menu. Your drinks are welcome.
- Cocktail Workshop Friends make the cocktails themselves: a hen party, a birthday, an evening among your own.
- Bartender Show A surprise for the birthday person: a few minutes everyone remembers.
- Alcohol-Free Bar When the celebration is a family or daytime one.
- Glass Pyramid A beautiful moment for an anniversary or a toast.
04How much does it cost
Price

What affects the price:
- Guests and hours How many guests and how long the bar runs.
- Menu and drinks Compact or full menu, your drinks or ours.
- Counter and glassware Our counter or your kitchen, the glass set, ice.
- Venue Flat, house, garden or hired venue, city, access.
The invoice can be issued to a private person. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

07FAQ
Frequently asked questions about private-party bars
Can the bar be set up at home?
Yes, if there is a suitable working spot and access, which we agree in advance. A compact counter fits a kitchen, a living room or a terrace. Water and power are optional: we are self-sufficient.
Can we have a small menu?
Yes. A limited menu often serves guests faster: a few popular cocktails plus alcohol-free options.
Can we book a show together with the bar?
Yes. A bartender show works well as a surprise for the birthday person or as the high point of the evening.
Does it suit a small group?
Yes. The configuration is matched to the event; for a small group it is simply more compact. The quote shows what the sum is made of.
Can we use our own alcohol?
Yes. We bring the counter, glassware, ice and a bartender, and you buy the drinks from a list we draw up together.
How early should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for popular dates. A last-minute booking is sometimes possible if a team is free.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
