1. General provisions

1.1. A cookie is a small text file your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Cookies on bartenders.ee are used by the site's operator, MBR Creative OÜ.

1.2. Some of the technologies described on this page (for example, storing your consent choice itself) don't use a cookie at all, but your browser's local storage — this is noted specifically where it applies.

2. Which cookies and technologies are used

2.1. Necessary — always active. bartenders.ee currently sets no necessary cookies at all: the language is part of the page address and the request form works without one. If you give no consent, no cookie is stored on your device. The only thing stored is your consent choice itself (see 3.2), which is not a cookie.

2.2. Analytics — only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages and services are useful to visitors. Cookies: _ga and _ga_DB9DPLWSH3, both on the bartenders.ee domain, stored for up to 13 months. Before you give consent, Google's Consent Mode v2 defaults to denied (analytics_storage: denied) and these cookies are not set.

2.3. Marketing — only with your consent. We use Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) to measure advertising performance and for remarketing — meaning our ad may later be shown to someone who has visited this site. Cookies: _gcl_au on the bartenders.ee domain, stored for up to 90 days; in addition Google's doubleclick.net domain may set test_cookie (up to 15 minutes) and IDE. Google Ads also stores a _gcl_ls key in the browser's local storage. Before you give consent, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are in the denied state in Consent Mode and none of these are set.

2.4. In these cases the recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited. For more on how Google processes this data, see Google's own privacy terms.

3. Giving and changing consent

3.1. On your first visit, a consent banner appears where you can choose "Accept all," "Necessary only," or configure each category individually.

3.2. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (under the key bartenders_consent_v1) — this is not a cookie, and it persists until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

3.3. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's browser data for this domain — the consent banner will appear again.

4. Your rights as a data subject

4.1. Personal data collected through analytics is covered by the same principles and rights described in our privacy policy.
