A corporate event bar that does not require your constant attention
Tell us the format, guest count and venue. We organise the bar operation so your event manager can focus on the programme and the people rather than ice, glassware and queues.
01Corporate event
From office parties to large corporate events
A company bar can do different jobs: serve guests quietly, become the networking point, support the theme of the event or turn into a noticeable branded activation. So we start not with a list of cocktails but with a question: what does the bar have to do for your event?
From there it is practical: how many guests and how quickly they arrive, where the points stand so there is no queue, what the designated drivers drink, and at which moment of the programme the bar has to be at its peak. The answers are the configuration. What we plan
Works well for
- office parties and company anniversaries
- client and partner evenings
- networking events
- the end-of-year party
02What we plan
We plan
Six things that decide whether the bar works for the event or creates a queue.
-
Service capacity
Bartenders and points sized to the guests and the peak moments of the programme.
-
Number and placement of bar points
One counter or several, in the flow of guests but never in the way.
-
Alcoholic and zero-proof drinks
A real choice for those who do not drink or are driving, not just water and juice.
-
Visual integration
Counter, menu and presentation to match the theme or the company brand.
-
Welcome and main-part timing
A fast greeting for arriving guests, then the main bar in the rhythm of the programme.
-
Additional activities
A bartender show, a workshop, a welcome station or a pyramid as part of the programme.
03What we organise
What we can organise
Built from our services to fit the task: one of them or a combination.
- Mobile Bar The base: counter, team, glassware, ice and an agreed menu. Turnkey or with your drinks.
- Welcome Bar The first drink without a queue when everyone arrives at once.
- Alcohol-Free Bar A dedicated zero-proof menu for daytime formats and designated drivers.
- Cocktail Workshop Team building before or instead of the main bar.
- Bartender Show A few minutes that become the high point of the evening.
- Branded Bar When the bar has to work for the company’s or a partner’s brand.
04How much does it cost
Cost
A small team and a large company event need different production approaches. Give us the guest count, time and venue and we will prepare a quote with the fixed part, drinks and extras shown separately.
What affects the price:
- Guests and hours How many people, how long the bar runs, whether there are peak moments.
- Points and team One counter or several, the number of bartenders and assistants.
- Drinks and payment model By consumption, by coupons, within a limit, or the first drink on the company and then guests pay themselves.
- Venue and logistics Office, hall or outdoors, access, city.
Quote and invoice are issued to the company. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

07FAQ
Frequently asked questions about corporate bars
Can the bar be branded?
Yes, there is a separate Branded Bar format for that: counter styling, menu, drink names and a signature serve for the company’s or a partner’s brand.
Can the bar be set up in the office?
Yes, if the venue’s technical conditions allow the agreed configuration. We are self-sufficient for water and power; we only need access and room for the counter.
What do we offer guests who do not drink?
We recommend including proper zero-proof serves in advance rather than leaving only water and juice. At a daytime event the alcohol-free bar can be the main one.
Can we add team building?
Yes. A cocktail workshop can run before or instead of the main bar, and the mobile bar can take over the evening afterwards.
Who pays for the drinks: the company or the guests?
Both are possible, and combinations: the company pays by consumption or by coupons, guests buy their own, or the first drink is on the company and guests pay after that. The counting method is fixed in advance.
Can we get an invoice to the company?
Yes. The quote and invoices are issued to the company once we have the details. The paid deposit invoice secures the date.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
