A bar designed to work for your brand
We create drinks and a bar environment as part of a product launch, conference stand, client event or brand activation. Not a separate supplier inside the event, but part of the campaign.
01Branded Bar
The goal here is not just to hand out a drink
A branded bar has to draw attention, carry the brand’s visual language and give a guest a reason to stop, try the product, photograph it or start a conversation. So the configuration starts not with a menu but with the job of the campaign: what the bar has to do for your event.
Branding does not have to be total. Sometimes one well-made touchpoint, say a menu set in the brand book and a signature serve in the brand colour, looks stronger than a full wrap. We keep the hospitality experience intact: the brand supports the service rather than getting between the guest and a quick, clear drink. What can be adapted
For whom
- marketing teams and event agencies
- product launches
- conference and exhibition stands
- client events and PR activations
02Branded Bar
What can be adapted
The degree of customisation is set by the task, the lead time and what is technically feasible. We start from a brief, not a list of options.
- Option 1
Counter and area
The look of the counter: a swappable front panel or another covering, where the chosen counter allows it without damaging the equipment. Signage, a backdrop, the layout of the area.
- Option 2
Menu and drinks
A signature serve, cocktail names tied to the campaign, colour and garnish where they can be achieved with food ingredients without hurting the taste. The brand’s own product in a recipe after a test. An alcohol-free option or a fully alcohol-free activation.
- Option 3
Printed menu and media
A menu set in the brand book, a QR code to useful content, signage at the bar. The clearest and most controllable brand carriers.
- Option 4
Mechanics
A welcome mechanic, a sampling point, a VIP version with a different menu, a signature drink launched in sync with the reveal on stage.
03What's included
What is included
The base bar service plus the agreed brand elements. What exactly is produced, and by whom, is fixed in the project.
-
Design around the task
We take the brief apart: activation goals, audience, venue, deadlines, mandatory elements.
-
Counter and equipment
Our modular counter with the agreed styling, glassware, ice, tools. See the counters
-
Signature menu
Drinks tied to the brand through taste, colour, name and presentation, without slowing the service.
-
A team that knows the product
Staff know the key details of the product, the menu and the activation scenario.
-
Check before opening
Beyond the set-up we check the brand elements: spelling, placement, match to the approved layout.
-
Take-down
We dismantle the bar and the agreed brand elements; what returns to you, goes into storage or is disposed of is decided in advance.
Agreed separately
- production of physical carriers: panels, printed glassware, outfits, toppers. Technique, lead time and minimum run depend on the producer
- the brand’s product in a recipe: after a technical test
- a bartender show with a branded finale
- a welcome bar and a glass pyramid
- photo mirror, DJ and equipment hire from partners
04Branded Bar
How it looks
Counters from our fleet as the base for styling, team outfits and glassware. Real brand projects will be shown once clients give permission.
05How much does it cost
How much a branded bar costs
A project like this almost always needs an individual quote. The cost is the bar service itself plus production or customisation: the more physical production, the earlier the final brief is needed.
What affects the price:
- Bar service Guests, hours, team, counter, glassware, ice, drinks.
- Scope of branding What exactly is adapted: from the menu and signature serve to the counter styling and carriers.
- Production Physical elements, their technique, run size and the producer’s lead times.
- Venue and logistics City, stand or hall, set-up, storage and return of elements.
- Mechanics and extras Sampling, a VIP area, welcome, a show, an alcohol-free line.
The exact price is fixed in your personal quote after the brief. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

How a project runs

-
Event
Set-up, a check of the brand elements against the layout, a team that knows the product, take-down and return of the carriers.
08FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the branded bar
What exactly can be branded?
The counter’s front panel, the menu, signage, drink names, garnish, outfits and other surfaces. The final list depends on technical feasibility and is confirmed per project.
Can a cocktail be made in the brand colours?
Yes, if the colour can be achieved with food ingredients without hurting taste and stability, and the agreed concept allows it.
Can the activation be fully alcohol-free?
Yes. A branded bar can be alcoholic, fully alcohol-free or mixed.
Do you produce all the brand decor yourselves?
The production scope is set by the project. We do not promise specific techniques up front: every production option is confirmed with the producer, its lead time and its cost.
Can the brand’s product go into a recipe?
Yes, if the product is meant to be consumed and works well in the recipe. We test it before the event.
Can the bar be a sampling point?
Yes. The bar can become a controlled tasting point where the product and the event’s rules allow it.
Can we work through an event agency?
Yes. With an agency it works best on a single technical brief with one coordinator on each side.
What do you need from our designer?
A vector logo (SVG, PDF or AI), the brand guide, colours, approved copy and usage restrictions. Production may need separate files for a specific carrier.
How early should we start?
The more physical production, the earlier the final brief is needed. Lead times and minimum runs depend on the producer, so we state them in the quote.
How do we keep the bar from becoming an advertising stand?
Keep the hospitality experience intact: the brand supports the service rather than getting between the guest and a quick, clear drink. Sometimes one well-made touchpoint beats a full wrap.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
