A mobile bar for summer parties and company summer days
Summer means outdoors: a lawn, a terrace or the shore. We bring the counter, ice, glassware and a light menu, work without the venue’s water or power, and agree in advance what happens if it rains.

A bar outdoors: a light menu and well-planned logistics
A summer corporate event lives in the open air, and the bar has to be ready for it: a stable surface under the counter, shade or cover, plenty of ice, refreshing drinks and cups that do not break on the lawn. All of that is settled in advance, not on the day.
The summer menu is different too: fresh, citrusy, sparkling, spritz-style, and proper alcohol-free serves for a hot day and for the drivers. What we plan

The spot and cover
A level surface, shade or a canopy, access for unloading. Whether we can bring our own tent is confirmed for the date.

Fully self-sufficient: a battery and a sink with water travel with us. Water on site simply makes things easier.

04How much does it cost
Cost
Priced like the main mobile bar: guests, hours, team, counter, drinks and logistics. Outdoors adds the questions of cover, cups and transport, and they appear in the quote as separate lines.
What affects the price:
- Guests and hours A daytime format, the evening or the whole day.
- Menu and drinks A light summer menu, alcohol-free serves, the payment model.
- Counter, cups, cover A summer counter, reusable cups or glass, a tent.
- Venue and logistics Distance from Tallinn, access to the site, unloading onto a lawn or the shore.
Quote and invoice are issued to the company. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid; summer weekends are best booked early.

Frequently asked questions about summer bars
Do we need water and power on site?
No. We are fully self-sufficient and bring everything with us, including a battery and a sink with water. Water on site simply makes a long event easier.
What if it rains?
Cover is agreed in advance: the venue’s canopy or our tent, which we confirm for the date. For strong wind and thunderstorms we discuss a fallback spot.
Glass or plastic?
For a lawn, the shore and a big crowd we use reusable cups, glass where it is safe. Decided venue by venue.
Do you travel outside Tallinn?
Yes, across Estonia. Give us the address and we confirm the route and the transport cost as a separate line.
Is there a summer alcohol-free menu?
Yes. Fresh, citrusy and sparkling mocktails work well on a hot day and for the drivers.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
