Terms
These terms apply to every request and booking made through bartenders.ee.
The Estonian version is the legally binding one.
1. General provisions
1.1. The service provider is MBR Creative OÜ, registry code 16759709 (hereinafter the provider). The client is the natural or legal person who sends the provider a request or booking through bartenders.ee, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
1.2. These terms apply to all of the provider's services (mobile bar, mobile show bar, bartender show, cocktail workshop, welcome bar, alcohol-free bar, branded projects, glass pyramid, and other services described on the website).
1.3. The exact terms of a specific order (scope, price, timing, deposit amount and deadlines) are agreed in the individual proposal the provider sends after receiving a request. If these general terms conflict with a specific proposal, the proposal's terms apply.
2. Requesting a proposal and placing an order
2.1. A request can be sent through the website's calculator, the request form, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
2.2. The website's calculator shows an indicative price range based on the details entered. It is not a binding offer or a final price — the exact price is always fixed in the personal proposal sent to the client.
2.3. The provider's manager may apply an additional discount, for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders — this is at the manager's discretion, not an automatic benefit.
2.4. An order is considered confirmed once the deposit invoice agreed in the proposal has been paid. The date is secured for the client from the moment the deposit is received.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices shown on the website and in proposals are stated excluding VAT unless noted otherwise. The VAT rate is 24%.
3.2. The minimum order value is 200 euros (excluding VAT), regardless of the scope of the service.
3.3. Payment is made by invoice: the deposit confirms the order and the date; the final invoice is paid by the deadline agreed in the proposal.
4. Changing or cancelling an order
4.1. The terms for changing, postponing or cancelling an order — including any fees and deadlines — are agreed individually for each order and stated in the client's personal proposal.
4.2. Please let the provider know of any requested change as early as possible, by writing to bartenders@bartenders.ee or the contact given in the proposal.
5. Providing the service
5.1. The provider's team arrives at the venue ahead of the agreed start time to set up the counter, tools and other equipment before guests arrive.
5.2. The service is provided for the duration agreed in the proposal. After the event, the team dismantles its equipment and clears the area it used.
5.3. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has the conditions needed to provide the service (access, power, water, etc.), as agreed in advance in the request or proposal.
6. Final provisions
6.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.
6.2. The provider has the right to amend these terms in part or in full, notifying users of changes via the website bartenders.ee. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed by a proposal sent before the change took effect.
6.3. The principles of personal-data processing are set out in a separate privacy policy.
