A branded bar for your product launch
At a launch the bar has a specific job: gather guests around the product, give them a reason to try and photograph it, support the moment on stage. We design the bar from that job, not from a list of cocktails.
01Product launch
The bar as a magnet at the launch
The logic of a launch is simple: task, traffic, moment, trace. The bar stands where you want people to gather, the signature serve is tied to the product through taste, colour or the product itself in the recipe, and its launch can be linked to the reveal on stage. Afterwards there are guests’ photos with the drink and, with your permission, a case study.
This page is about the launch as a task. How the branded bar itself works, what can be adapted and how production is priced is on the service page. Which services fit
Works well for
- the launch of a product or a new range
- presentations for clients and press
- the opening of a shop, showroom or venue
- a brand activation at a partner’s event
02What we plan
We plan
-
The job of the launch
What the bar has to do for the product: gather people, get them to try it, create a photo moment.
-
Traffic to the product
The station stands where the flow is needed: by the stand, by the display, on the way into the hall.
-
The signature serve
A drink tied to the product: the product itself in the recipe after a test, the brand colour, a name for the campaign.
-
Branded presentation
Counter, menu and signage in the brand’s style. Production of carriers is confirmed per project.
-
The moment on stage
The drink launched in sync with the product reveal, the speech or another point in the programme.
-
What remains afterwards
Guests’ photos with the drink, sampling data if that is part of the mechanic, and a case study with your permission.
03What we organise
Services for a launch
- Branded Bar The service itself: styling, menu, signature serve, production of carriers.
- Welcome Bar The first drink with the product as guests arrive.
- Bartender Show An act with a branded finale as the reveal.
- Alcohol-Free Bar A fully alcohol-free activation or a daytime presentation.
- Mobile Bar The main bar of the evening after the presentation.
04How much does it cost
Cost
A launch project is almost always quoted individually: the bar part from guests, time and venue, plus branding and production by scope. The quote shows these parts separately.
What affects the price:
- The bar part Guests, hours, team, counter, glassware, drinks.
- Signature and product Developing and testing a drink with the product or in the brand colours.
- Branding and production Menu, signage, counter styling; technique and lead times with the producer.
- Mechanics Welcome, sampling, a VIP version, synchronisation with the stage.
The more physical production, the earlier the final brief is needed. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

07FAQ
Frequently asked questions about launch bars
Can our product go into a recipe?
Yes, if the product is meant to be consumed and works well in the recipe. We test it before the event.
Can the drink launch in sync with the presentation on stage?
Yes. The signature drink can be tied to the product reveal, the speech or another point in the programme. Timing is agreed with the host and the technical crew.
Can the bar be a sampling point?
Yes. The bar can become a controlled tasting point where the product and the event’s rules allow it.
What if the product is not a drink?
Then the link is built through colour, name, presentation and the styling of the area: the bar gathers people around the product and gives a reason for a photo and a conversation.
Can we work through an agency?
Yes. With an agency it works best on a single technical brief with one coordinator on each side.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
