A conference and exhibition bar without long queues

A business programme sets the rhythm: guests come to the bar in waves during the breaks. We plan the menu, stations and team around those peaks so a drink takes a minute, not half the break.

01Conference / exhibition

A bar for a business programme: fast, compact, daytime

At a conference the bar is needed not all day but in specific windows: registration, coffee breaks, networking after the sessions. So the configuration differs from an evening bar: a short menu that builds fast, prepared bases, zero-proof as the foundation of the daytime part, and stations in the flow of guests without blocking the way.

At an exhibition the bar often stands on an exhibitor’s stand. Then it is a compact counter, a signature drink in the brand’s style and a team that knows what the stand is showing. What we plan

Works well for

  • conferences and forums
  • an exhibitor’s stand at a trade show
  • networking sessions after the programme
  • client days and presentations

02What we plan

We plan

  • Timing around the programme

The bar at its peak in the breaks and quiet during sessions: team and preparation sized for the waves.

  • Throughput

A short menu and prepared bases so the queue does not eat the break.

  • A daytime, zero-proof menu

Proper alcohol-free drinks as the base of the daytime part; alcoholic ones for the evening if wanted.

  • Several compact stations

On a large floor two small stations beat one big one.

  • The stand and a branded serve

An exhibitor’s counter, a signature serve and a menu in the brand’s style.

  • The hall’s technical conditions

Access, unloading, power, glass collection: agreed with the venue and the organiser.

04How much does it cost

Cost

The price depends on which windows of the programme the bar works in, how many stations and guests there are, and whether a branded serve is needed. The quote shows the parts separately.

What affects the price:

  1. Working windows Breaks only, the whole day, or the evening networking.
  2. Guests and stations Number of participants, how many compact stations, the team.
  3. Menu Zero-proof by day, alcoholic serves in the evening, a signature serve for the stand.
  4. Venue and branding Hall or exhibition stand, logistics, counter styling.

Quote and invoice are issued to the company or the agency. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid.

07FAQ

Frequently asked questions about conference bars

Can you work only in the breaks?

Yes. We plan the bar around the programme’s windows: team and preparation are sized for the waves of guests, and between sessions the station runs in quiet mode.

Can it be entirely alcohol-free?

Yes. For a daytime business programme that is the most natural option: a dedicated zero-proof menu, not water and juice.

Can the bar stand on an exhibitor’s stand?

Yes. A compact counter, a signature drink in the brand’s style and a team that knows the product. For full styling there is the Branded Bar format.

Do we need several stations?

It depends on the venue and the number of participants. At a large forum two compact stations in different zones usually work better than one big one. We propose a layout from the floor plan.

What does the venue need to provide?

Access for unloading, room for the counter and an agreed way of collecting glasses. Water and power are optional: we are self-sufficient.

Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?

The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
