A bar for your Christmas party and winter corporate event
Seasonal drinks need no separate infrastructure: they are a configuration of our main bar. We change the menu, the presentation and the mood, while the counter, team and logistics stay just as reliable.
01Christmas party
A winter menu and a warm atmosphere on the same base
A Christmas party differs from a summer one not in how the bar is built but in the mood: richer and spicier flavours, a welcome as guests come in from the cold, a programme of toasts and awards for which the bar has to peak at the right moment.
December is the busiest month of the year, and venues and teams are booked well ahead. The earlier the date is known, the more freedom there is in the configuration. What we plan
Works well for
- the company Christmas party
- the New Year’s party
- a winter client evening
- a team celebration in the office or at a venue
02What we plan
We plan
-
The seasonal menu
Richer and spicier serves within the base menu, or an individual list for the evening.
-
A welcome at the door
The first drink on arrival, when guests come in from the cold almost together.
-
Zero-proof for the drivers
Proper alcohol-free serves in the same style as the main menu.
-
Timing with the programme
Toasts, awards, performances: the bar at its peak between the blocks, not during the speeches.
-
The high point
A bartender show or a glass pyramid as the moment of the evening.
-
Winter logistics
Access, unloading and set-up time with the weather and the venue’s schedule in mind.

04How much does it cost
Cost
Priced like the main mobile bar: guests, hours, team, counter, drinks and logistics. A seasonal menu is a configuration, not separate infrastructure.
What affects the price:
- Guests and hours How many people, how long the bar runs, whether there is a welcome.
- Menu and drinks The base menu or a seasonal individual one, the payment model for drinks.
- Counter and team One point or several, the number of bartenders.
- Venue and logistics Office, restaurant or hall, access, city.
Quote and invoice are issued to the company. The date is secured once the deposit invoice is paid; December dates go first.

07FAQ
Frequently asked questions about winter corporate events
Can we include seasonal drinks?
Yes. Richer and spicier serves can go into the base menu or an individual list for the evening. The exact line-up is agreed when the menu is put together.
When should we book a December date?
The earlier the better: December is the busiest month and popular dates go first. The paid deposit invoice secures the date.
Can it be held in the office?
Yes, if there is room for the counter and access. We are self-sufficient for water and power.
What do we offer the drivers?
Proper zero-proof serves in the same style as the main menu, not just water and juice.
Can it fit around the host’s programme?
Yes. We agree the timing: the bar at its peak between the blocks, a bartender show or a pyramid in a set window of the programme.
Why might the actual price differ from the reference figure shown?
The reference figure doesn't include possible discounts. A manager may apply an additional discount — for example during the low season, for repeat clients, agencies, or very large orders.
