What are you organising?
The same bar doesn’t fit every event. Choose your event type — we’ll show a recommended format, key questions and example solutions.
- Corporate event A corporate bar that does not need the organiser’s attention: capacity, bar points, zero-proof drinks and activities planned in advance.
- Wedding A bar that belongs to the wedding: welcome drinks, the couple’s signature cocktails, zero-proof, a glass pyramid and organisers who can relax.
- Birthday / private party A real bar at home, in the garden or at a hired venue, so the host is not pouring drinks all evening.
- Conference / exhibition Fast service in the breaks, a daytime zero-proof menu, compact stations and a branded serve for an exhibition stand.
- Large event / festival Several bar points, preparation for the peaks and coordination with the agency and the venue: a large event is planned differently.
- Christmas party A winter menu and a warm atmosphere on the same reliable base: a mobile bar, a welcome at the door, zero-proof for the drivers.
- Summer party An outdoor bar with a light summer menu and well-planned logistics: self-sufficiency, cover, cups for the lawn and a plan for bad weather.
- Product launch The bar as a magnet at a launch: traffic to the product, a signature serve, branded presentation and a moment in sync with the reveal on stage.
